It depends. First, we have to treat your home before we can offer a warranty. The initial treatment cost depends on your home: how it was built, what was it built with, etc. We offer free treatment estimates; call our office for an appointment.

YES! Dead bugs are a good thing. Unfortunately, we cannot control where they meet their maker. Live bugs are a problem. Catch a live one in a plastic bag, but be sure to do minimal squishing so we can identify the critter and treat accordingly.

Fleas hatch out on a 7-10 day cycle. Flea eggs are impervious to chemical applications. This is why we stress vacuuming! The action of the vacuum cleaner tricks the eggs into hatching out; when the flea larvae crawl around, they get in to the chemical and die. It’s a cycle, a viscous, viscous cycle for fleas.

And put your pet on a flea preventative! Or else we’ll have to visit again!
