FRED —TECHNICIAN

In addition to a regular pest control route that takes him all over Lillian and Elberta, Fred occasionally get tapped to use his carpentry skills; mostly around the shop though, we have some lovely windows in our daycare.

CHANCE —TERMITE TECHNICIAN

Chance is our primary termite technician who does pest control too. He takes killing bugs seriously, even though he takes the rest of life as a big joke!

LARRY W. HADLEY— PRESIDENT

Our Founding Father! HT&PC was conceived in the summer of 1993. With the help of many Lillian residents, Larry got his Alabama license and HT&PC was off and running!

CINDY A. HADLEY— VICE PRESIDENT

If Larry is our Founding Father, she is our Founding Mother.  Cindy does all of our accounting, keeps our taxes, bills and employees paid, and keeps coffee in our coffee maker.

CHRIS — OPERATIONS MANAGER
                            

Chris is the middle son, with 4 kids of his own.
(Is that a third generation of HT&PC in the making?) Chris relieved Larry of almost all support to the pest control company, does quotes and termite jobs and manages all our computer issues too..

CELESTE — OFFICE MANAGER

Celeste manages the office end of things, ensuring the proper flow of paperwork and money. She has also a pest control route and has even done termite treatments!

RYAN —TERMITE INSPECTOR

Ryan is teamed with Misty, the younger of the two termite dogs. He has been with Hadley for more than 8 years. Be sure to ask him about his New Baby Boy, Riley Madden!
