There is an official State of Alabama Inspection Form that will become a part of the property sales paperwork. Prior to completing the form, a thorough inspection is performed on the structure which includes both a visual inspection by a trained technician and an olfactory inspection by either Cricket or Misty, our two K-9 termite detectives. If we suspect any current (live) wood destroying organism activity, then we will not "clear" the structure without first treating it. You can rest assured that everything reasonably possible was done to insure you have a healthy home. |
