Basic Quarterly - Quarterly Pest Control Service that includes interior and exterior pest control each time we service you property. This is the ONLY kind of service we will do if your home has German Roaches.

Annual Quarterly- Quarterly Pest Control Service that provides interior and exterior pest control on a rotating basis. The interior is usually on serviced once per year, with most of the services’ focus on exterior control.

Flea Treatments - This is a stand alone service. We do not “treat” for fleas as a regular part of quarterly service. Any flea can be affected by our regular services but it is entirely possible to have a flea problem regardless. Please read the information on our Flea Page!

WIR/WDO - Wood Infestation/Wood Destroying Organism Reports -
These are Real Estate closing letters needed for home purchase in the State of Alabama. These are conducted by our termite inspectors and our K-9 termite detectives. When ordering, please have the buyer’s name(s), seller’s name(s), property address, real estate agent name and phone number, title (closing) company and phone number, and closing date.

Termite Inspections - Termite inspections are by request for new customer or are a part of the yearly renewal process for those folks who are already HT&PC customers. A stand alone inspection costs $125.00. The cost with the yearly termite renewal warranty depends on the type of warranty chosen by the customer.

Termite Treatments - The pricing on our termite treatments varies according to each home’s particular construction factors. If you house is on a slab, you pricing will be different from a home that is up on piers. Call to schedule an appointment for a specific quote for your home. ESTIMATES are free.
