Larry Hadley

Our Founding Father! Larry can most often be found wearing his Hadley Construction Specialties, Inc. hat. HCS is a waterproofing company he started with his brother, Bruce Hadley, in early 2000. Though semi-retired, he likes to keep his hand in, now & then, just to keep us on our toes.

Cindy Hadley

Founding Mother, den mother and actual mother. Cindy has an incredibly busy job managing the details of two companies. She is also the proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and is a blue belt in ken-po karate. Check out the dojo’s website at

Celeste Hadley-Champion

Celeste is our Office Manager. She schedules, writes letters, mails bills and answers customers questions over the phone. Her little boy, Noah, is turning 4 in 2009. She keeps busy by taking karate and writing articles on pests for the Lillian newspaper. Click here to see a listing of her articles.

Ryan Madden

Ryan is our primary Termite Inspector. He works with Misty, the younger of the two termite dogs. He has been with HT&PC so long he is now a Hadley by Association. Ryan is the proud parent of an adorable little boy, Riley. Ryan hunts, fishes, raises coon dogs and chickens.

Fred Pugh

Fred is our Pest Control Technician for primarily the Lillian and Elberta areas. The Silver Fox, as he is known around here, is back up and funning after his surgeries. 

Chance Tawater

Chance is our primary Termite Treatment technician and also does Pest Control for the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Foley areas. Chance is also our got-to guy for mystery bug infestations.

Brandon Frank

Brandon is our newest Pest Control Technician for primarily the Eastern Shore area. He is so much like Ryan Madden, we jokingly call him 2.0!

Melissa

Our cousin! Melissa is the Voice of HT&PC; she does most of the scheduling for our guys. She is an artist in her own right and keeps us all laughing with her sense of humor.
