Mr. Tawater joined the HT&PC team in 2005. Chance works with Dixie, our newest K-9 termite detective. Together they perform termite inspections. Chance loves to talk, so it's very fortunate that he is very knowledgable about termite life cycles, termite warranties, and treatment options.

"I love to educate people about termites and what the risks are as to termite damage to their homes. Working with Dixie is fun, she's a great termite dog. Even if she does lick my elbow while I'm trying to drive."

 

 

Mr. Frank joined the HT&PC team almost three years ago. His primary route takes him all over the Eastern Shore. Brandon has a great sense of humor and there is never a dull moment with him. You may even find a rubber snake in your work truck. He is hard worker and does his best to make his customers happy.

 

  

"I like a mystery; tracking a problem insect back to it's source. I like a challenge." 

 

 

 

Mr. Hadley started HT&PC in June of 1993. Back then, most of his customers came to him via his mother, or what was know as the "Evelyn Avera" network. Soon after that, people called him for service because of his honesty and dedication to his customers. HT&PC started out small in Lillian, AL and now we have customers all over the Lower Alabama area.

"I was looking for one thing I could do, and do really well. It was Divine Providence that that we started a pest control company when we did. I'm very proud of all that we have done as a company. In our nearly 20 years in business, we've done our best to treat all our customers the way in which we would want to be treated in turn."

Mrs. Hadley was employee #2. She has long been the backbone of our business, managing the orderly flow of our paychecks and taxes. Cindy makes it possible to keep the lights on and the trucks rolling out the gate onto their routes. (Even at $4.00 per gallon gas!)

 

 

 

Mrs. Champion's job is anything that does not fall under the headings of "Money" or "Scheduling". That can be everything from writing a monthly column for The Lillian newpaper to writing up state reports. Celeste has also been know to shuck on some rubber boots and head out into the field to perform a little pest control, or act as a backup on a termite treatment.

 

"I'm very lucky to be able to work in a family business. I hope to keep Hadley Termite & Pest Control, Inc. going for the next 30 years, or until one of my kids is ready to run it."

 

Mrs. Hadley is a Hadley by marriage! Her husband, Shane Hadley, is the Field Supervisior for our sister company, Hadley Construction Specialties, Inc. (HCS is a waterproofing company, and a darned good one too! Go see their website at www.hcswaterproofing.com.) Melissa does a great job of calling all our customers and scheduling out technician's routes.
